For courses at this level, you will normally need to have achieved at least five GCSEs at grade E and, in most cases, two D grades.
If you want to gain Level 2 qualifications in order to go into work or training, or on to further courses it is very important to have the vital qualifications of English, Maths, and IT.
Developing your skills in those three areas will form part of your Level 2 programme and you will need to complete these successfully, alongside your main courses, in order to progress to advanced study.
Please note GCSE Japanese, GCSE English and GCSE Biology are normally only available to Level 3 students. Level 2 students can take GCSE Mathematics by negotiation. Discuss this at interview.
