Who is this course for?

This course is for those interested in developing counselling skills to improve relationships and communications with others at home and in the work place and to raise self-awareness.

What will I achieve?

This is a practical course where you will practice skills and techniques for managing relationships in a more effective and satisfying way. The main resource is you and your strengths and difficulties in relationships will be the material of the course.

Additional information:
Homework will be simply noticing and reflecting on the impact of the skills you are learning in your everyday contact with others. Learning activities will include – discussion, sharing experiences, group activities and tutor input.

How will my progress be recorded?

Your tutor will work with you to complete a Learner Progress Form, this form will record your progress throughout the duration of the course.
