This course is ideal for those wanting to find ways of managing stress successfully.
What will I achieve?
During this course you will be able to:
• become acquainted with what stress is (both positive and negative)
• participate in a range of de-stress activities
• learn to use a de-stress diary to monitor activities
How will my progress be recorded?
Your tutor will work with you to complete a Learner Progress Form, this form will record your progress throughout the duration of the course.
Time: 1.30 – 3.30 pm
Duration: 5 Weeks
