Who is this course for?
Laugh your way to a greater sense of well-being!
Enjoy the physical and mental benefits of laughter. Science has proven the physiological benefits for the heart and immune system. It can lower our levels of stress hormone whilst increasing ‘feel good’ endorphins.
On this 6 week course we will be using laughter and simple breathing exercises to learn how to bring laughter into our lives every day.
