Time for Me! Everyday Assertiveness
Who is this course for?
Being assertive can reduce feelings of stress, improve coping skills and general wellbeing. Assertive communication enables you to voice your opinions and feelings in a clear and calm manner while also respecting the rights of others. Do you struggle saying ‘no’? Or wish you could speak up more? Perhaps you do express yourself but it doesn’t achieve the desired results? This course, through informal discussions and activities teaches assertiveness skills and techniques for everyday life in a non-judgemental, supportive setting.

The end of this course is not the end of your learning! As well as new tools and techniques you’ll take away an assertiveness action plan tailored to your own personal goals.
