PROGRESS IN YOUR CARE QUALIFICATIONS
This qualification is for those who have completed a Level 3 Diploma and are in a role where workers have key responsibilities for delivery of care and support and/or a level of supervisory responsibility for others, such as; Lead Adult Care Worker, Senior Care Assistant and Team Leaders.
WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?
The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is specifically designed for Care Coordinator and Senior Carers in a supervisory position who are in Adult Care and may work in residential or nursing homes, domiciliary care, day centres, a person’s own home or some clinical healthcare settings. This qualification enables learners to demonstrate and develop their skills and knowledge. The student will be required to be in a senior role, delegate work and responsibility, be responsible for staff/team and supervise staff.
