Course Summary
The Level 1 Certificate in Wellbeing is designed to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of personal well-being and self-care. It covers key topics such as managing stress, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, emotional resilience, and personal safety. The course supports learners in building confidence, improving self-awareness, and developing strategies to enhance mental and physical wellbeing.
This qualification provides a strong foundation for further study in well-being, health, and social care.
This is a 4 month course and will be delivered in person. This course is free subject to meeting eligibility criteria such as being aged 19 years or older.
