WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

A programme of activities suitable for those in a residential care setting or for community groups. It is particularly suited to those who may be at risk of becoming socially isolated. The focus is on encouraging interaction, connection to others and increasing wellbeing. This is a flexible and inclusive programme of activities that can be easily adapted for your group or care setting. Some of the activities on offer include scrapbooking, collage making, memory/self-care boxes, journaling, gratitude diaries, positive affirmations, wellbeing, making connections and much more.
