THE CUSTOMER SERVICES QUALIFICATION WILL GIVE YOU A BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IN ANY ENVIRONMENT.

Are you in Retail, Front of House or a Receptionist? Are you dealing with customers on a day to day basis? Would you like to gain a qualification in Customer Services? It will help those who wish to work or those already working in a customer facing role to learn about, adopt and maintain behaviours and language appropriate to the provision of good customer service.

Achieving one of the qualifications are appropriate for learners wishing to pursue a Customer Service career or move up the career ladder. The range of levels offered suit those who are just starting out, handling customer queries, to those responsible for an organisation’s overall customer-service strategy or analysing customer feedback.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

You will need to be working in a customer service setting, either paid or voluntary. You are required to work within a paid or voluntary position within this sector for a minimum of 10 – 12 hours a week.
