Children & Young People’s Workforce

WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

The Early Years (CYPW/EYE) Qualifications are designed for anyone involved in or wanting to work within a Nursery, a Pre-School, as a registered Childminder, or working with children under the age of 5 and would like to gain the necessary qualification to become an Early Years Practitioner.

There are two qualifications that measure the knowledge and skills required to meet the support needs within an Early Years setting. Achieving one of the qualifications demonstrates an individual’s ability to relate to child development, care, behavior, and learning. The qualifications are suitable for those already working as an Early Years Practitioner and also anyone who is looking to work in this sector. You will need to be working within an Early Years setting employed or voluntary.
