Yoga has been used for centuries to improve physical and mental health.
It is the art of knowing oneself and the functions of the body, the rhythm of the mind and the ability to look at all aspects of life evenly. Through this course you will be introduced to this ancient art, discipline and philosophy of Yoga, practice a variety of asanas to stretch, strengthen and condition muscles, improving posture and reinvigorate the body.
Who is the class for?
You will be introduced to new breathing techniques and mindfulness and practice focusing the mind on the body and breath; enabling the body’s own healing system to become more active. Leaving you feeling calm, energised and empowered.
