WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

Would you like to work within business and administration? Are you Self-employed and would like to brush up on your administration skills? The objective of this course is to help you develop and enhance the skills required for working in an office environment. We can help you develop your confidence and motivation.  We can help you to understand the role and responsibilities of an administrator by looking into the types of administrative services you would need to provide, including the managing of information, producing documents and how to use word to create a document etc.
