Care & Dementia – An Introduction

WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

Would you like to gain a greater understanding of dementia and the effects this has on individuals? Do you work in a role supporting individuals with dementia? Care for a family or friend with dementia? Then then this is the course for you!

In this course you will develop your understanding of Dementia, the signs, symptoms and what you can do to support an individual with this disease. You will also look at the risks associated with dementia and the care involved with supporting individuals diagnosed with this condition.
