WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?
Would you like to work in a customer-facing role? Understand the importance of providing excellent customer services?
The objective of this course is to help you develop and enhance the skills required for working in a customer focussed environment. We can help you develop your confidence and motivation. We can help you to understand the role and responsibilities of a customer service representative by looking into the types of services you would need to provide, and understanding internal and external customers.
