Who is the class for?
This course will focus on providing support and ease symptoms of menopause through introduction to new breathing and relaxation techniques. Utilising a range of different yoga positions as well as introduction to journaling and a woman’s circle to aid discussion and leave you feeling restored, revitalised and empowered.
