Would you like to understand ways you can boost your wellbeing and self-esteem? This course is designed to equip you with the tools to do just that!  Self-confidence and self-esteem are important to our everyday wellbeing. Exploring areas such as; how to have ‘me’ time, reducing guilt, and looking after me! Fun action planning and goal setting without the doubt! Join us for your journey to self-confidence!
