WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

Resilience is not something that comes naturally to us all, we need to build and maintain resilience and balance in our lives for our own well-being. In this 8 week course we will be exploring the 6 R’s of resilience. Responsibility, Reflection, Relaxation, Relationships, Recreation and Refuelling. We will explore the link between these 6 areas of our lives and our physical and mental well-being. Over the 8 weekly sessions we will discuss the areas of our lives that may need a little more attention and put in place some positive action to increase our well-being.
