Site Carpentry NVQ

QUALIFICATION

This is a nationally recognised qualification and upon achievement, you will receive an NVQ Certificate of Achievement.

WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

The Site Carpentry qualifications are designed for anyone who works or wants to work in the Site Carpentry occupation. These qualifications are designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed for Site carpentry. You will need to be working within a role undertaking carpentry work and be in an employed or voluntary position. You are required to work within a paid or voluntary position within this sector for a minimum of 10 – 12 hours a week.

HOW IS THIS COURSE ASSESSED?

Assessors work with learners on a one-to-one basis in the workplace where regular contact is provided to support you through your qualification.

COURSE TIMINGS

The Courses run between 12 and 15 months where each individual learner receives support from an allocated Assessor.

St Vincent College runs a roll-on, roll-off programme throughout the year.
