For some people, returning to education for whatever reason requires personal bravery. At St Vincent College, we run a number of courses that help people grow and build upon newly-found confidence which will incorporate:

ENGLISH & MATHS

Looking to develop your English and Maths skills to enhance your CV, employability prospects or to simply support your children with their homework? St Vincent College offer a range of courses from accredited GCSE and Functional Skills to our non-accredited, 10 – week introductory courses in both English and Maths.

What’s more, we offer free English and Maths initial assessments to Gosport residents to help identify your current level of English and Maths, followed by an impartial guidance session with a member of our team to discuss your result. You can then enrol onto an appropriate course and start your journey to achievement

St Vincent College offers a variety of vocational NVQ qualifications that can help people start out or progress within their careers. Areas include:

ONLINE LEARNING

Due to the Covid Pandemic, St Vincent College identified the need for students to access learning resources and teaching online, launching new and exciting Level 2 Certificate courses that could be carried out at home with remote assessor/tutor support.

HIGHER EDUCATION

Most of our students study a vocational learning NVQ qualification allowing them to progress onto an ‘Access to University’ course or, in some circumstances, lead to direct entry to university or employment.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN OR IN EDUCATION

Have you always wanted to work with children? Schools, nurseries and education centres are wonderful places to work with lots of variety and huge opportunities. At St Vincent College we specialise in getting people started with careers in education with full, part-time and foundation degree courses that allow our students to go on to study;
