Would you like to understand how eating the right foods can enhance your mental health and wellbeing? This course looks at foods that boost and aid positive wellbeing in us all.  We explore how to eat well and ditch our negative patterns. Eat mindfully and ensure that we are putting the right fuel in our bodies.  Looking at foods that boost our immunity, boost our positive mental health and adversely foods that drain us of our energy and stability.
