STUDENT BURSARY

We’re committed to making college education accessible for all students and we understand that covering essential course-related costs can be challenging.

We offer financial help to eligible students at St Vincent College; below are ways we can help.

WHAT KIND OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER STUDENTS?

Eligible students may apply for a bursary to help towards the costs of:

  • Travel costs
  • Course-related materials
  • Educational trips and visits
  • University progression
  • Meal support
  • Childcare support

WHO QUALIFIES FOR STUDENT FINANCIAL SUPPORT?

If your family’s income is less than £33,000 income annually you may qualify for our student bursary. You can also apply if you receive any of the following benefits:

  • Universal credit
  • Jobseeker’s allowance
  • Pension credit
  • Income-related employment and support allowance
  • Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999

You will be required to upload documentation of the above as evidence to support your application.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR STUDENT FUNDING?

Applying for support is quick and easy using our PAY MY STUDENT website. You will need your Student ID number to start. You should have received this via email, but contact admissions@stvincent.ac.uk if you haven’t seen an email from us.
