WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

Would you like to develop and enhance your understanding of mental health? This course is open to individuals who would like to understand mental health and the effects this has on our wellbeing. Maybe you are concerned about a family member or friend and would like to support them. Or you currently work in care and would like to further enhance your understanding of this topic.

You will be looking at emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Look at how we think, feel, and act and the impact this has on individuals. Exploring positive mental health, the benefits, and what promotes and affects this. This course is great for anyone working within the care sector or looking to gain additional knowledge.
